Chicken Nuggets

Overview

• Rated:  unmarked, but definitely  territory
• Type of trail:  Steep, no fall area edged by cliffs.
• Looking down the Ant Hill, off to the right on the ridge of East Rim, a cat track can be seen.  The lower third of the Ant Hill should be straight-lined because the track initially has an upward pitch.  Ski along the ridge and go over the nose, heading left.  There are cliffs to skier's left.  The high straight ones are Chicken Fingers ( or Chicken Chutes or East Rim Chutes).  You can actually proceed more and more left without having to be an acrobat and leap.  In fact, at certain times of the year, these rocks could be almost all covered.

This is a pictures of East Rim Chutes, aka Chicken Fingers/Chutes, but Nuggets. the less obvious route, can just be glimpsed on the right side.  

In this picture, Chicken Nuggets would be above the tree tops in the near distance.  

Here, the less rocky area in the center is Nuggets, over to the left is a bit of Chicken Fingers, aka East Rim Chutes.
