Bob's Run

(May have other "local" names)

Clicking on the photos enlarges them.  Photos are taken as you come down the hill.  They have been taken over several years, so conditions shown will vary depending on what was happening the day the particular photo was taken.  Photos looking back up the hill will be described as such.

Overview

  • Rated:  not marked, but probably , as that is what the adjacent Chute is.
  • Type of trail:  Short cut through the trees between Upper Langley and The Chute.  There is a more-treed route through this section, this is the clearer line through them.  Empties into either Langley Trees or Upper Powder Trap depending on your reading of the trail maps.
  • Accessed from Inspiration.
  • NOTE:  The new trail map suddenly labels this as The Chute.  However, the Chute has historically been on the groomer list and this run here is never groomed, so unless they are suddenly grooming it this season, I'm sticking with what I've got.
