Movieland

Clicking on the photos enlarges them.  Photos are taken as you come down the hill.  They have been taken over several years, so conditions shown will vary depending on what was happening the day the particular photo was taken.  Photos looking back up the hill will be described as such.

 

Overview

  • Rated:  
  • Type of trail:  Steep, treed run below Faults 2 and 3 and between Elkweed and Haskill Slide.  The lines dividing these areas from Movieland are murky.  Always take someone with you in this area as the visibility from other trails is limited and the traffic is low.  
  • Accessed from Fault 3 or Cal's Country and Haskill Slide via traverse
  • This area needs more pictures, maybe in the 12-13 season.
